We encourage independence as much as possible and where is is safe and practical to do so. We do potty training at school. We encourage and nurture individuality.

It is our belief that applying lots of rules is counter-productive and completely ineffective. We do believe that children need freedom within limits to help them on their narural path of development. We believe in positive reinforcement and leading by example when it comes to our expectations of the little ones.

Our staff are all experienced and have full first aid training, that gets renewed every two years. Our staff all interact with the children in a loving and caring way. Our staff respect and encourage individuality and creativity.
